I’m Josh Cordell, founder of Prep Success Coach. Over the years, I’ve walked and talked with thousands of teens and young adults—helping them navigate everything from anxiety and self-doubt to leadership, purpose, and next-level performance.

My coaching approach is built on real conversation, consistent encouragement, and a belief in each student’s potential. Many of our sessions happen while walking—because something powerful happens when we move side-by-side. Walls come down, trust builds, and change begins.
