New year’s resolutions? New goals need new processes

Want to achieve something new in 2019? Goals are great, but a goal without a plan is simply a dream. You need to put together the processes needed to achieve what you want out of the new year.

Also, if you want to have successful new year’s resolutions, avoid making outcome goals and instead set process goals. Here are some examples:

Instead of “bring my grades up” try “turn in all of my work on time.”
Instead of “get stronger” try “workout hard x amount of days a week.”
Instead of “buy a new car” try “save x amount of money each week towards a new car.”
