Hello Parents,

Navigating life as a teenager is not an easy task. Over the past 17 years of working with young people, I’ve seen just how beneficial additional positive voices can be.

Could your son benefit from a coaching/mentoring relationship? As a parent of a teenager and longtime coach, I know first hand just how important the team we build around our young men can be.

I’d love to partner with you in helping your son succeed. I know the pressures, pitfalls and difficult decisions that young people face everyday. I also know what a great opportunity these years are to build a foundation for the rest of their life and to set them up with the tools to succeed. That’s why I founded Prep Success Coach.

I work with middle school through college boys and am currently working with clients from seven different schools.

Right now I’m taking on ten new clients with introductory packages and I’d love for your child to be one of them. If you are interested in claiming one of those spots, please contact me right away, as I have limited openings.

I work with local as well as out of area clients, meeting in person or via phone calls and video conferencing, so proximity is not an issue.

Path to Success

The end of the summer break brings on the pressure of school, sports, activities and just being a teen, as well as the potential to get lost while trying to find oneself. Now is a great time to get your child on track or advance them down the track with goal setting and a personal mission statement.

Introductory Package $225 for 3 hours of one-on-one coaching

  • Set Smart and Stretch goals for the upcoming school year
  • Create a personal mission statement based on their strengths

After an initial one-hour meeting, students will then meet in one hour or half hour sessions depending on their schedule and what works best for them.

SMART Goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound goals are important so that progress can be monitored. Kids who set SMART goals have a much better opportunity of succeeding than those who do not.

Stretch Goals – Used to get us to think big and encourage us to have a growth mindset (meaning we believe we can achieve great things and live up to our potential). Stretch goals help us to shape how we live based on what we ultimately want.

Personal Mission Statement – Finding identity is a vital part of succeeding in one’s teenage years. A personal mission statement is a powerful way for a young person to decide what is important to them and how they want to represent themselves. The better a young person knows themselves, what they want to accomplish, how they want to treat people and be viewed, the more comfortable and confident they become. When they know who they are, they are less likely to get lost trying to find themselves.
